FUJITSU offers a 10Gbps Ethernet Switch IC called "MB87Q3070". The MB87Q3070 is a single chip 12 port 10Gbps Ethernet Switch, which complies with the IEEE standard 802.3ae. The chip is clocked at 312.5 MHz. The 12 CX-4/XAUI SERDES interfaces can each drive up to 25m twisted pair copper cable.
