Could someone tell me the electrical specifications of XAUI interface?

Hello "nethernet",

you won't find a legal source of the XAUI electrical interface specification for free.
It is part of the IEEE 802.3ae-2002 standard document and not freely available.
Even IEEE subscribers need to have booked the "AbstractPlus" record option in order to access the full text document.

However, you might ask at technically inclined libraries about their IEEE standard access.
