QoS-IXP - Quality of Service capable Internet Exchange Points

Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) optionally provide VLAN tagged user ports, which in turn enables QoS-based peering.
This forum is ment for pros and cons as well as pointers to QoS capable IXPs.
