A number of companies are currently looking into 100 Gigabit Ethernet and are certainly planning to deliver 100 Gbps line cards / NICs in the near future. 100gigabit components are already available, which paves the way for complex structures such as Ethernet Switches with 100g line cards.

Force10 Network's TeraScale E1200 system has already been registered as "100g ready" Ethernet equipment.
